Pleasure of toasting

Overall, it is the pleasure of toasting with a cava that is internationally renowned without the need to celebrate anything more than something as simple as happiness in the present moment.


Among all the productions of Molí Parellada, El Xamfrà cavas, now are organically certified. El Xamfrà is the original and oldest cava of the winery creating an excellent international prestige. The dozens of awards that El Xamfrà has received throughout its more than twenty years of existence exemplifies this.

These are cavas aged for eighteen months or more, balanced, smooth and at the same time with a marked personality.

Organic reserve cava made with the classic blend of Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada and aged for a minimum of 20 months.

It shows a clear and bright yellow color, with intense reflections, and soft and elegant bubbles.

It has a fresh and persistent taste, good acidity and creaminess. It has a light touch of tertiary aromas resulting from aging on its lees.

Organic reserve cava made with the classic blend of Macabeu, Xarel·lo and Parellada and aged for 20 months.

It has a clear and bright yellow color with soft and elegant bubbles.

On the palate, it has a smooth and creamy entry with balanced acidity. A light toasted touch resulting from aging on the lees stands out.

Reserva Brut Nature Rosé ECO

Reserve cava with a minimum of 20 months of aging and elaborated with Pinot Noir and Garnacha Tinta grape varieties. From organic farming, together with the two white cavas in the same range, they are respectful of the environment and their surroundings.

It presents a bright pale salmon color with fine bubbles.

Its aroma is fresh and fruity with citrus notes. Subtle tertiary aromas from aging on the lees stand out.

The taste is creamy and balanced, with a fresh and elegant finish.
